Close up:
2-D: Paper Maquette Sculpture Reflection. Febuary 26, 2013
1. I think that the strong parts in my project are the different bright colors because they are aranged in a pretty good way.
2. I think I could have done a better job with the glue because in some spots it shows a little too much.
3. The theme of my project is bright colors. I made this as my project because dance is a major part of my life.
4. The site that my sculpture could be in is somewhere infront of or at a dance studio because it spells out dance. I chose my site first because I pretty much live at my dance studio and it could use some more art and color.
5. The detail in my project is the color because it uses five different colors.
6. I learned that you can use glue in many different ways and that there are multiple ways you can use paper.
7. First I thought of some ideas for making a paper sculpture. Next I picked out the colors that I wanted and the order that I wanted them in. After that I started building my sculptrure. Last I put it on a piece of card board that was covered in black paper.
8. I liked this project because there were some limits but at the same time there is a lot you can do with just paper and glue. To make it a little bit better students should be able to use tape as long as it is hidden.
